Train: gameready and for animation

I found a pic in Pinterest and started to model scene and added some textures. Made with Blender 3D v3.0, rendered in Cycles. It contains gamready file, highpoly and lowpoly (Subdiv disabled) FBX (v7.4) and OBJ (v1.2). The .blend file's Subdiv disabled for viewport, but it is OK for render. It has textures.zip file and all textures are located in that zip file.
